Terms and Conditions for Hasanah Rental Mobil and Trip Bareng Hasanah

1. Reservation and Payment

• Car or trip reservations must be made through Hasanah Car Rental or Hasanah Group Trips official booking system.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the applicable terms at the time of reservation, whether through bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
• Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in advance.

1. Car Rental

• Car rental is only available to those who meet the age requirements and have valid documents such as a driver’s license (SIM).
• Drivers must adhere to traffic rules and regulations and are fully responsible for the car during the rental period.
• Any damages or losses that occur to the car during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter according to applicable terms.

1. Hasanah Group Trips

• Trip participants must follow the instructions and rules provided by the Hasanah team during the journey.
• Trip participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are not allowed to carry illegal or dangerous items.
• Hasanah reserves the right to cancel or change trip schedules based on safety and participant comfort considerations.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

• Reservation cancellations must be made in accordance with the applicable terms at the time of reservation. Cancellation fees may apply as per the cancellation policy.
• Refunds for cancellations will be made according to the applicable terms and may be subject to administrative fees.

• Hasanah reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• Renters or trip participants are expected to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation or participating in activities organized by Hasanah.
• By making a reservation or participating in Hasanah activities, renters or trip participants are deemed to have agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
